Three year olds grow and change so quickly! They learn through exploring and asking questions about the world around them.

The learning goals for children participating in our K3 program are:

• Count a set of objects to 10
• Recognize letters of the alphabet and begin to recognize their sounds
• Write letters, numbers, and names
• Hold a pencil or crayon correctly
• Use words to express feelings
• Sharing and kindness toward others
• Gain independence: cleaning up toys and after lunch and snacks, using the toilet, opening lunches with minimal help
